In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated digital campaigns from creation to completion. You will effectively develop marketing efforts through multiple digital channels including website, email, social media, online advertising, etc.
 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with sales teams, being flexible with marketing tasks, and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously. This team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to design digital assets and write compelling campaign copy and assist with lead qualification as necessary. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness, modify campaigns based on conclusions, and clearly articulate results to stakeholders.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

 
Digital Marketing Manager will:
  • Develop concepts and creatives for website, digital campaigns, marketing collateral, reports, and social media.
  • Track and report campaign effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversions.
  • Execute search engine optimization and remarketing to optimize website page views and repeat visits.
  • Build engaging creatives to build awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Assist in following up on leads to determine their needs and ensure their lead progression.
  • Utilize project management skills, including managing internal stakeholders, external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Attend necessary team meetings and participate in events as part of the overall team.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
 

Job Skills

Digital Marketing Manager should be experienced with:
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in HTML5, WordPress, and Google Webmaster Tools (including Analytics and Adwords).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study.
  • 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications in a B2B environment, ideally in healthcare or software.
  • Depth of experience with Hubspot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.
  • Online video production experience is a plus.
  • Willing to follow-up with lead qualifications is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics.
 
Position works remotely and reports to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Candidate is ideally located near Los Angeles, CA or Salt Lake City, UT areas. But open to other locations. Please send in resume, salary history, and examples of your digital campaigns.
